Ok so Austin has already lost his first tooth but it doesn't really count as it was pulled out by the dentist. On Sunday he had his first real wobbly tooth. He was super excited and was so careful with it all day, not biting down on anything hard - he wanted it to stay in so he could show his friends at school the next day.

Still there - just . . . |
It stayed in all day Monday, then on Tuesday morning when he woke up and complained that it was sore. He went into Grandpa and asked him take it out, he obviously didn't trust me!!! It was basically hanging by one thread and popped out so easily. Then followed the excitement of waiting a whole day and night for the tooth fairy to come.

The Tooth Fairy left him $2 and naturally he wanted to spend it straight away but had to wait until he got home from school. Steve took him out to buy his absolute favourite chocolate - a kinder surprise.
